K3 Software Solutions is proud to announce the new release of pebblestone|fashion 2015, the leading business software solution for companies in the fashion industry, based on Microsoft Dynamics.
Over 10.000 daily users in almost 600 companies across 38 countries have already made pebblestone|fashion their fashion software solution of choice, enabling them to excel in business. In pebblestone|fashion 2013 we have taken further steps to make it even easier to use. We focused on the profiles and role center layouts, started with customer facing documentation and we made easy-to-use improvements in the core of our solution.
In the pebblestone|fashion and pebblestone|fashion 365 2015 release we focused on giving you the possibility to:
Work anywhere anytime using your tablet as part of the sales and order process with a beautiful interface that will impress your customers;
Quickly and easily manage fashion specific issues like collections and seasons, pre-sales and direct orders, replenishments, style, color and size through the matrix, the heart of our solution.
For our partners, we have created an easy-to-demo solution by extending our demo companies and we will be providing demo scripts to easily be able to show customers the most important and functionally rich parts of pebblestone|fashion 2015.
Easy-to-demo and to use Most functions can be implemented out-of-the-box, without complex setup and preparations. We will show you how to start with the design of a collection and followed by pre-sales, purchasing the materials, drop decisions, forecasting, comparing customer targets vs. actuals. And finally receipts, deliveries and even the sales in the stores are included in our Remote Managed Inventory solution. We will also explain how to use Self-Service B.I., enabling your key-users to create their individual KPI reports and dashboards using Excel.
Tablet experience We have created the possibility to use tablet devices for sales order entry and for making drop decisions. The tablet solution is designed for business processes that are typically performed while travelling or for easy access during non-working hours. Therefore, your sales agent or sales representative will be able to register sales orders while visiting a customer or working from home. Android, iOS and Windows tablets are all supported. New in pebblestone|fashion 2015 is also the possibility to see special KPIs linked to the role centers and to the item and customer cards on the tablet.
Matrix Improvement Furthermore, we have reviewed and improved the most important functionality of our product: the matrix. Now you will be able to:
Assign the sizes to the items automatically, and select the colors manually;
Manually select components easily and quickly;
Create advanced delivery work sheet allocation;
Setup and allocate specific item quantities instead of percentage;
Use blanket sales orders for store replenishment by enabling the option on SKU;
Choose a default quantity to invoice in the Sales & Receivables Setup;
Create an invoice per shipment.
