A quick recap of the Retail’s Big Show 2016

The place to be on January 17 – 20 was New York for the National Retail Federation’s 105th Annual Retail’s Big Show. With more than 33,500 attendees and hundreds of exhibitors and sessions, this is the show that retail executives do not miss. For the second year, K3 was part of the event as an exhibitor and this year we were on the main show floor with a booth twice as big as in 2015.
We had robust team on the ground to support partners, have executive meetings and to demo ax|is fashion, including some of the functionality on the new Dynamics AX (which was very well received by Microsoft, partners and prospects).
We had the chance to organize more than 20 meetings and demos with existing partners, potential partners, prospects and customers.
In addition, we were also one of the Big Prize booths where we had to sponsor a raffle prize of $5.000. Given our fashion focus, we wanted to have a gift that reflected that and so we made the choice for a Louis Vuitton bag.
After drawing two tickets with no-one there to respond, ticket #3 provided a winner – Michael Renna from BJ’s Wholesale Club who was very pleased to be taking this great gift home to his wife.
A separate highlight is that K3 Software Solutions is now a member of NRF which will provide us with a number of benefits such as research and listing in the NRF supplier directory.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW – NRF 2017 is scheduled for January 15 – 18, 2017 and K3 will once again be in New York for Retail’s biggest show.
