Flexible Content Management

Page versioning enables you to take full control over the content on your online store and seamlessly launch new promotional banners and campaigns at exactly the right time without needing to manually publish the content yourself.

Customer Account Options

In "My Account" the customer can manage their personal and account details as well as product reviews. Under the option "Documents" the multi-channel order, shipment and invoice history viewing options make the REALIZe ecommerce a service portal for your customers.

Customer Impersonation

A single customer can have one or many sales agents attached to them, who can select and purchase on their behalf. The customer will be able to edit or modify the purchase anytime while it is in the shopping cart.

NOOS Ordering (Requested Delivery Included)

For NOOS products it is possible to order below 0 and if expected delivery dates, on variant level, is available this will be displayed. During checkout, the customer can set a requested delivery date for the order.

Combined Ordering for Pre-Sales and In-Season

This video shows Presales and In-season ordering, with and without stock checks. The products can be ordered at the same time and during checkout the order will be split automatically into two orders (direct and presales) because of the various delivery date of the orders.

Back Office

The online shop can be managed through the new redesigned admin area, which is fully responsive and straightforward. Beside managing the content, it also gives your business insights on how the sales process is performing and what the customers are buying.

Additional Product Information and Reviews

Additional information can be added to a product using a HTML editor. Customers can sign up for a newsletter and in the back office these requests can be managed centrally. Product reviews can be added to the products, customers can view their reviews but also the brand owner can see what customers think of the collection.
